What the Site is for
The Site provides information about our game development, XR, art, and related services, plus tools such as a scope estimator, contact forms, and booking links. Content is for general information unless we sign a separate statement of work or master services agreement with you.
No professional advice from the estimator
The estimator and any ranges shown on the Site are informal planning aids only. They are not a binding quote, offer, or warranty. Final scope, price, and schedule are set only in a written agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe the Site without authorization
- Submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content through forms
- Scrape the Site in a way that harms availability or violates robots rules
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, logos (including the Feative brand mark), and media we publish are owned by Feative Studios or our licensors. Client project covers and case materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may not reuse our brand assets without written permission.

Links to booking tools, stores, social platforms, or downloads are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave our Site.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
